This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to run the store, and we never sell your personal information.

• Order details, such as the products you bought.
• Anything you include when you email us with a question or a return.

Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout, not on our site, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host may log basic technical information such as your browser type and general location for security and reliability. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it remembers what you added; it stays on your device. We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and if that changes we'll update this page.

How we use your information

• To process, pack, and ship your orders.
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and shipping updates.
• To respond to your questions and handle returns.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store running safely.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only so they can do their job: our payment processor (Stripe), the shipping carriers that deliver your order, and the providers that host our website and email. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfill your order, handle returns, and meet our tax and legal obligations, then we dispose of it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing scoobshideout@gmail.com. If we ever send marketing emails, every one will include a way to opt out.

Children

Our store is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payments run through Stripe's secure, encrypted checkout. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as the store grows. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
