These terms govern your use of the Scoobs Hideout website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can order

You must be the age of majority in your state (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate.

Products, pricing, and availability

We're a small-batch operation, so products can sell out or change. We do our best to keep descriptions, ingredients, and prices accurate, but we may correct errors and change prices or offerings at any time without notice. The label on the product you receive is always the current ingredient list.

Orders

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we can't fulfill. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation, not simply when you place it.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By checking out, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, including any shipping and tax. We do not see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and once we hand an order to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to the carrier. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle damaged, defective, or unwanted items.

Product use

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read our Disclaimer before using them, including the patch-test and allergen guidance.

Our brand and content

The Scoobs Hideout name, logo, product designs, text, and images are ours and are protected by law. Please don't copy, resell, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site in any way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or attempts to gain access to areas or data you're not authorized to use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoobs Hideout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
